MECHANICAL MTB SHIFTING GROUPSET (DAMPING)
The T Series (1X) offers an excellent single-ring solution with controls featuring two-way-release and zero-gap technologies. The rear derailleur includes a shock-absorbing damping system, making it ideal for experienced mountain bikers.
SERIES OVERVIEW
ZERO-GAP
Zero-gap release technology is designed to enhance shifting efficiency and speed. Unlike traditional shifter that require the shifter to move to a position before the cable is released as it returns to its initial position, zero-gap release eliminates this delay, allowing for quicker and more immediate shifting actions.
TWO WAY RELEASE
Two way release technology is a design used in shifters that allows for quick and flexible shifting. Riders can shift by either pulling the lever backward or pressing it forward, achieving the same cable release and shifting operation with either action.
Window
A window indicator on a shifter is a transparent display that shows the current gear or gear position in real-time. It allows cyclists to quickly and clearly see their current gear, which is especially helpful in complex terrains or when frequent shifting is needed, reducing the risk of mistakes.
FRICTION DAMPING
Mechanical friction damping technology uses friction to control movement and absorb vibrations. It effectively reduces impact and vibration, especially on uneven terrain, by minimizing excess movement in the derailleur system. This makes the system more stable and smooth.
